Step by step process for you to use!
- Start out by reviewing our monthly menu, you can see the menu by clicking "Our Menu/ Order Online"
- Next, select the package that you would like to order by clicking the green bar just below the package description.
- You will then be prompted to select a pick up location (host site) that you want the food packages shipped to (if you select the "set as my default location" it will store this as your pick up location for future use.).
- Next, decide that quanity of the package(s) you want, and if you like at this time you can add on a "choice item". After selecting the quanitity and/or choice item, be sure to add the product to your cart.
- Now you can either check out or continue to shop for another package. If you decide to continue shopping, just repeat the process from the previous package.
- If you decide to check out you will be directed to our check out process page. There will be two choices on this page. One choice is for existing customers, and the second is for new customers. If you are an existing customer please enter your username and password. If you are a new customer select this option, you will then be asked to fill out your "customer" information and your "bill to" information; this is the information that will be used to verify your payment when finalizing the order. Make sure to click the "Terms of Service" button, then submit. For your information we accept Visa & MasterCard online, the SNAP (EBT) Cards must be processed via phone or in person at the Golden SHARE office 866-577-5099
- Once your information has been submitted, the system will then take you back to our Secure Checkout page and your shopping cart for review and payment information. Please note: Our system does not store your payment information, this is for your protection, it will however store your contact information for convenience when ordering again (just remember to keep your username and password in a safe place, just in case you need to retrieve at another time). After inputting your payment information click next for a final review of your order, please make sure you have correctly ordered the packages you want and have selected the correct pick up location. If your order looks good, press submit to confirm your purchase. A big green check mark will appear if everything was processed properly.
